Then the Reiki 1 training is definitely something for you.

Reiki 1 is a form of healing based on Dr. Mikao Usui's 2500 year old healing techniques. On the course you will learn to use these techniques. In addition, you will learn how to become a channel for the universal energy that is present everywhere and all the time. You also learn about our energy system, the chakras, energy frequencies and how you can raise your own frequency through the Reiki 1 training.
