This evening I will guide you through a small personal development process, where you will have the opportunity to release old energy baggage and create space for new and better energies.

The evening's agenda will be as follows:

We start with each participant releasing the day's two most important stuck feelings with an emotion code. You will have the opportunity to use the full moon energy to clear extra thoroughly what you want to let go of (fire ceremony). I will then guide a meditation in connection with the full moon.

Finally, I will do a joint healing.
